Cancellation of an order is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Cancellation before Order Delivery:
1.1 Prior to the shipment of the order, no cancellation fees will be applicable.
1.2 Upon cancellation, a full refund, excluding additional charges, will be issued to the original payment method.
1.3 In an effort to prevent misuse of the cancellation policy, if a prepaid order is canceled consecutively more than once, a refund will be provided in the form of store credit.

Cancellation after Order Delivery:
2.1 If a cancellation is requested after the item has been shipped or handed over to the courier, a flat fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the original payment method once the product is returned to the warehouse. This deduction is to cover facilitation and courier charges.

Procedure for Cancellation Requests:
3.1 Initiate a cancellation request by mailing us at sales@tossido.in.
3.2 Submit the cancellation request using the prescribed format on the Contact Us page, as detailed on our website.

For order cancellations, please email us at sales@tossido.in with your order number. It is important to note that cancellation and refund are only possible if the order has not been dispatched.

Please be advised that this policy is applicable until the order is delivered. After delivery, our return policy will come into effect.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the cancellation policy at any time, without prior notice, with immediate effect upon publication on our website.
